VFS Studio Upload Guidelines
Last Updated: March 19, 2026
1. Age Verification
- All performers depicted in uploaded content must be verified as at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of recording.
- Creators may be required to submit valid government-issued identification or other documentation before content is published. VFS Studio reserves the right to require verification at any time.
- Records of age verification must be created and maintained by the uploader in accordance with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable.
2. Proof of Consent
- Uploaders must obtain and retain documented consent from all identifiable participants depicted in the content. Consent documentation must include: (a) the participant's legal name; (b) explicit permission for online distribution through VFS Studio; (c) the date consent was given; and (d) the participant's signature (physical or electronic).
- Consent must specifically cover distribution through a commercial digital marketplace. General filming consent does not constitute distribution consent.
- VFS Studio reserves the right to request consent documentation at any time. Failure to produce documentation upon request may result in immediate content removal and account suspension.
3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
- You may only upload content that you created or for which you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute commercially through the Service.
- Uploading content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right is prohibited.
- Copyright infringement will result in immediate content removal. Repeat infringement (three or more valid notices in any twelve-month period) will result in permanent account termination in accordance with VFS Studio's DMCA repeat infringer policy.
4. Accurate Labeling & Metadata
- All uploads must be accurately tagged, titled, and described in accordance with the Tagging Guidelines.
- Misleading titles, deceptive thumbnails, inaccurate categorization, or tags designed to manipulate search results or misrepresent content are prohibited.
- Content descriptions must not contain false claims about the content's origin, participants, or nature.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Creators who upload content that was generated, substantially assisted by, or materially altered using artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated tools — including but not limited to AI-generated funscripts, AI-generated or AI-altered video, AI-generated audio, AI-generated images, and content produced by generative models — must clearly and accurately disclose this by applying the appropriate AI/generated content tag at the time of upload.
Selling AI-generated content as human-created work is considered fraud. Intentionally omitting, removing, or misrepresenting the AI-generated nature of content in order to mislead buyers constitutes a material misrepresentation and a violation of marketplace integrity. Violations will result in:
- Immediate removal of the misrepresented content.
- Permanent termination of the creator's account.
- Forfeiture of all unpaid earnings in the creator's balance.
- VFS Studio reserves the right to pursue recovery of earnings already paid out on fraudulently represented content.
- Where applicable, VFS Studio may issue refunds to affected buyers, with the cost deducted from the creator's earnings or recovered through other means.
AI-assisted tools used for minor post-processing (e.g., noise reduction, format conversion, minor timing adjustments) do not require disclosure, provided the substantive creative work remains human-authored. When in doubt, disclose. VFS Studio reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether content qualifies as AI-generated.
6. Technical Standards
- Uploaded files must meet minimum quality standards: files must not be corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable.
- Funscript files must conform to valid JSON structure and contain only standard funscript parameters within safe operational ranges for commonly supported devices.
- Files must not contain embedded malicious software, hidden executables, tracking scripts, external resource calls, or any payload beyond what is standard for the declared file format.
- VFS Studio reserves the right to scan, inspect, and reject files that fail automated safety or quality checks.
7. Prohibited Material
The following content may not be uploaded under any circumstances:
- Any depiction of minors in a sexual context (strict zero-tolerance — includes fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated depictions).
- Non-consensual sexual activity, including content depicting or promoting coercion, force, or sexual acts without informed consent.
- Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any person.
- Content depicting illegal use of controlled substances where such use is portrayed as required, encouraged, or instrumental to the sexual content.
- Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Content that constitutes or facilitates doxxing, harassment, stalking, or non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
8. Privacy & Location Safety
- Content must not reveal real addresses, identifiable private residences, workplaces, or the identifiable likeness of third parties who have not consented to appear.
- Uploaders must review content and remove or obscure any visible personal data, including but not limited to: government-issued IDs, phone numbers, license plates, financial documents, and mail or packages showing addresses.
- EXIF/metadata stripping is recommended before upload. VFS Studio may automatically strip certain metadata but does not guarantee complete removal.
9. Platform Rights & Enforcement
- VFS Studio reserves the right to remove, restrict, or decline to publish any content at its sole discretion, with or without notice and with or without stating a reason.
- VFS Studio may implement automated content screening, including but not limited to hash-matching against known CSAM databases, malware scanning, and file format validation.
- Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform, forfeiture of earnings, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
